- Your personal details (name, address, date of birth)
Your statement covers the period from your last annual statement to today. We'll post it to your address within 4 working days.

Check you're in the right place
- This form is to get a current mortgage statement.
- If you want to know the amount needed to fully repay your mortgage, you can phone us to request a redemption statement.
- If you need a copy of an older statement, please get in touch.
You can use this form if:
- You're the account holder, or have authority to act on the account
- Your account number is 8 digits and has a sort code starting with 82 or 05. If your account number is in another format, please get in touch.
